South Australian Regulators wouldn’t allow operations to commence due to competency issues with the drill crew.
We were commissioned at short notice to conduct a gap analysis on our client’s drill crews.
A training plan was developed and we mobilised to location.
After we produced a plan for the assessment process and implemented it the Regulators allowed the rig to go live and spud the well.
A client's operations were suspended by the regulators due to non-compliance of drilling competencies.
Commissioned to undertake competency assessments for multiple rigs on a large scale.
This project was a major achievement given the timeframes and pressures put upon the assessors to assess the crews’ competency which allowed the rigs to spud.
We are appointed as a preferred Registered Training Organisation to undertake assessments of Drilling crews in Qld, NSW, SA and NT
Our assessors are mobilised on a 14/7 basis to ensure all crews are assessed on a regular basis to attain their full qualifications in prescribed timeframes.
We are also assisting the DDH1 preferred provider in Western Australia with assessments.
Undertaking assessments for various clients across Queensland ensuring they are up to date with legislative requirements.
We were appointed to deliver training tools to the Flux Group of Companies based in Brunei for their rig ready courses they deliver to their employees.
Our most recent project took us to Serbia in Europe where we were asked to develop and implement a complete Safety Management System for a Serbian drilling company. The documents were delivered in both English and Serbian languages.
