Students must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times, both in-person and online.

Assessment:

Students are required to complete all assessments and examinations as outlined in the course materials. Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the Competency and Compliance Solutions (The RTO) and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Students must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course, including but not limited to personal information of fellow students and proprietary information of the RTO.

Termination:

The RTO reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment at any time for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the RTO.
